6.0 gto. killed.
stock auto six oh.
he kept pacing me on the highway for about 2 miles. rolled down my window a bit. he nodded. i smirked. i dropped to third gear {doin 70} i heard him go wot. i layed into it. started pulling. about 110 mph i have a car and a half on him. hit 4th. stayed right there. about 120 he started inching back up. shut it down at 140. i still maintained a car lead on him.
why am i posting this? simple. this was a bone stock auto car. on the level i was on last night i was about 275 to the tire.
if you don't have over 270 to the tire. don't go picking on gto's.

um i dunno about that I think he is right 270 sounds about right I went from a roll with one and that thing fooled me I was sprayin and I barely beat him he had intake and exhaust and it was a manual, I should be over 300 to the wheels on spray and i was struggling

true but if he can drive then its gunna be a tight race, the guy i raced could drive I thought i would lose his ass, but it was warm out this was in summer he aint got the ***** to race me in the winter time

oo man wait till i get my new clutch and flywheel in and my cars gunna love this cold weather, hopefully it doesnt snow at all, and can i ask where u tapped the nitrous into and was it hard to install?

the nitrous tapps into the fuel rail. install was not bad at all.. it spray b4 the supercharger into the intake.. long as u r careful with the lines its a very easy install...

I think your car was running better than you thought.
klugsrt-4's car should have right around that WHP and I pulled from him.
Then again a M6 GTO usually pulls hard on a A4 from a roll.

im used to my car so it doesn't feel that fast anymore.
a 6 spd car would most likely be door to door with me depending on the driver. above 130 i expect to get pulled on.
ah well. on with the fun

ehh it might be. im just modest about it most of the time anyways. i just wanted to run a 6.0 really. kind of hard to screw up an auto from a roll anyways.

With that said there is ways to be a bad driver in a Automatic so stop with all of the mash the gas and go ****. Unlike modern day 5 speed automatics a four speed automatic has less sweet spots due to less gears available.
Mis shifting a manual transmission is the same as hitting it where your car will not downshift into your powerband. I am one of those people who learn my car and consider
these to be one in the same just different situations.
After driving and racing a more than a few automatic GTO's LS1 and LS2 they are just like F-Bodies they either downshift and haul ass or they don't. Sometimes they will just finish off the current gear at WOT.
