911 Turbo Anyone?

Ok, this is a what if scenario. My friends dad owns a new porsche 911 twin turbo 6 speed. I think it's either a 2003 or 2004. The engine is stock, it has rims though. Here is my question:

Would I be able to take him from a 40 mph roll with these mods:

2.6 pulley
HPTune of course with 7100 rpm rev limit
Header
Downpipe
Catback exhaust
Airbox Mod
Cobalt Addiction Heat Exchanger

I'm thinking no at this time since I just saw they trap 115 ish in the 1/4 mile. But does anyone think any different?

he will definitely beat you. by alot. i have driven these many many times. i used to do valet at a highrise luxury apartment building in uptown dallas. there was a guy that lived there that i got really cool with and i drove his porsche 911 turbo a lot. that thing was sick. they do 0-60 in like 4 sec. you can definetly feel the difference. i would be fun to try it out, but if you won then i would have to assume that the turbo driver had a seizure.

lets be honest..

he would walk you and put about 4-5 cars on you imo if he can drive, the things got roughly 450hp and you have a little more than half that

i dont think u would touch him

if you added ported stuff then it would be closer, but i dont think that you would be running quite as fast still. i know that the AWD helps him to get that fast 0-60, but even with just RWD he would be in the 4 sec range still.

I've driven it too.....It didn't put me back in the seat I can tell you that (maybe bc the suspension is so stiff) but it was quick nonetheless. Ehh damn, it was worth a shot.

A stage 3 srt4 with some bolt ons would take one though right?

^^^I meant it does put me back in the seat but the weight transfer when you punch it is very minimal unlike my ss. My ss raises its nose as if it's about to take off.

2 turbos > 1 supercharger lol

Well not always, but in this case yes. Even modded to all hell with nitrous and gutted I doubt an SS could take the 911. Keep up maybe, but not win.

I think this is going to inspire me to get the turbo swap from Hahn Racecraft with a good head, pistons, and clutch. Right there is about like $6000 probably....without installation PLEASE GOD LET ME HIT THE LOTTERY

Here is a copy/paste of factory 0-60 times.

2001 Porsche 911 Turbo 3.9 12.3
1999 Porsche 911 GT1 3.4 10.9
2001 Porsche 911 GT2 3.6 11.9
2002 Porsche 911 GT2 3.6 11.9
2005 Porsche 911 GT2 3.6 11.7 (MT Aug 2004)

That is Z06 territory. You would be bum raped.

If you roll up on any of these cars your going to get raped but youll never see a porsche GT1 since theres only like 12. But the good 1/4 times have something to do with the awd.

GT2 actually dumps the AWD as part of its weight loss diet...those cars are just sick fast.
