Buddy in an Altima Coupe wants to race me!

A friend of mine just bought a 2008 Altima 3.5 Coupe SE. His car is the 3.5 rated at 270 hp @ 6000 rpm and 258 lb-ft @ 4400 rpm and 6 speed. He is determined that his car will absolutely destroy my car on the 1/4 mile or on the highway from a 50 km/h roll (street racing ain't my thing though.)
His mods - CAI and Magnaflow cat back

My car:
2007 Cobalt SS/SC with Stage 2, 2.9 Pulley, Injen, HP Tune, (very soon) GMPP Cat back w/ header.

Who do you think would win?

x2.

They're lighter than I would have thought, less than 3,200. Look pretty nice though.

You have just about the same setup that BriantheLion26 has, and he ran a 13.7 @108.... methinks you'll be fine.
