haha yeah because he raced a 2.8 with barely any exhaust mods, and no cooling mods in florida in mid summer... hahaha by the time he was at 100 his iat2's were so high he was loosing insane amounts of power. Let alone hes on a canned tune. He would have pulled more just if he put cooling mods on without even tuning it

because he had three threads going about the same thing and sat here ripping on cobalts because he's butthurt that his awesome charger barely pulled on an S/C with minimum mods.

I just moved to orlando from new jersey so I really dont know where all that is but im totally down as soon as my tune gets finished. I was in the middle of getting updates from nick at byt and was using my buddies hptuners but left for florida before we could finish.

Dude Daytona, you dug your own grave. Your comparing a 30k car to a 10k COBALT. He maybe had 700 dollars worth of mods and he pulled you on 1 race. I have 300 dollars worth of mods and trap 104.5 . what everyone is trying to say is your praising a car thats not worth praising, not saying my cobalt is either but cobalts are monsters for what they are. You will get your ass handed to you by any 4 door v8 of your model years.

Well a friend of mine back in jersey has hptuners and I was taking logs and sending them to Nick at byt and he was updating then them sending back but you have to make little adjustments at a time to make sure nothing gets effed up. I ended up having to leave for school earlier then anticipated and didnt get to finish with gettting updates from nick so right now Im WOT 10.5.afr and only 15 degrees timing. Im hoping to find someone around here who might have hptuners unlocked for an 07 lsj if not i'll have to pay another $100 so someone can unlock my car.

lol yup you need to unlock the vin to certain vehicles which costs money if it isnt already unlocked. If you want to get a custom tune your going to need a wideband to get your afr dialed in. Right now I have a decent amount to gain since im pig rich at 10.5 afr with only 15 degrees timing. Also have a progressive meth kit hooked upp but cant use it till im tuned for that so i need to find hptuners!! haha
btw, Daytona STILL couldnt let it go and he finally created a thread on his forum.

I wish he would have raced a TC and get it on video lol i raced one when i was stock and it was easy.
with just a tune i raced a challenger at the track, it was priceless to see the guy's face when i was passing him.
