I was on my way home last night and some older civic with a turbo, blow off valve, and the vinyl for a Fox Lake, IL car audio shop tried to race me in a down town area where a major highway goes through (4 lanes) with a speed limit of 30 mph....I laughed at him both times he ended up next to me at the light....to bad I didn't line up with him out of town. Anyway, How often do you get people trying to race you in places where you shouldn't be going fast? Is this going to be common? (I was driving the red SS/SC with newly installed stage 2 kit)

Two weeks ago a Mercedes SLR tried me in rush hour traffic on the main drag here in Lakeland (98 north). Lucky for him I didn't feel like racing...

happens to me all the time. mostly civics try me in like residental zones. i just laugh at them when they stomp it and go no where. haha

its very difficult to turn down when someone wants to go.


but you gotta try and keep a level head, take a good look around you, look at your passengers.....

there are often people involved who you shouldnt involve.....passengers/pedestrians/traffic etc.....
