no, really, i cant wait for the next NHRA race i go to. i hear wilkerson is running with four 12's, a cooler of bud, and a passenger now. you know because weight really doesnt matter.

oh yea and i hear F1 is now looking into lead body panels, something about it being safer, and not hurting performance

gunna ignore that post or what?

and sure you can make a car faster in a drag race by removing weight, and sure it will make the car overall faster, but the weight plays more of a roll in dampering performance from a dead stop then it does from a roll, there is no getting around that. take 2 equal LS1's and remove 200lbs from 1, drag race the the 200lbs lighter one will win by a larger margin then it would from a roll. that is the point i am trying to make.

still waiting on times of stock ones, and a pullied one. you havent provided proof to back up a single claim yet.

also, i would like to note i never claimed to run with them. in fact i stated i lost, and by what distance. somehow that got turned into me hanging with them.

The faster two objects (with different masses) are moving, the less difference in force is required to create the same acceleration. you can all stop bitching now.

no problem. That post is not a rebuttal to you or the other side of the argument, just an end to the argument.

One of the fastest bone stock times was ran by Evan Smith (MM&FF): 12.43@113.

typical personal bests are right around 12.8's. IRS hinders launching well. With minor suspension work people have gone from consistent high 12's to consistent mid 12's on the same tires.
