FINALLY someone posts up a vid as proof of how inferior those gay ass LS1s are...what a waste! Im so sick of all the nut hugging of ZOMG LS1 is sooo super fast and he was toying with you thats what you hung with him...those stupid ass motors were made like 12 years ago...old outdated garbage...

I got a 1.90 in my SC stage2 on 215's. My best beyond that was always 1.93 but I did get a 1.90 once! HARD to do.

To sum it up for the people that obviously dont get what im trying to say, if your going to roll race, roll race another roll car. Not a damn atuomatic dig monster, and then be like "zomg my car is teh fast". Roll a damn modded srt-4 or something like that, you know a car that cant dig to save its life lol, or a boosted honda.
an automatic LS1 is not for roll racing. Hell my lS1 GOAT was a dog from a roll

stock heads, stock cam, stock cam.... and a 4 speed auto w/323 certainly not the best configuration for a roll run. Still it was a good run but seriously why so much hate for the LS1?? Cause its old? please.... Supras, 300zxs, mclarens, gnx's are all older and very capable cars, but that doesnt automatically make them crap.
And the LNF and LSJ cobalts are hardly the cream of the crop as far as drag racing street beasts, even though they are "newer tech"

I nominate this guy for top douche on the forum....
stock heads, stock cam, stock cam.... and a 4 speed auto w/323 certainly not the best configuration for a roll run. Still it was a good run but seriously why so much hate for the LS1?? Cause its old? please.... Supras, 300zxs, mclarens, gnx's are all older and very capable cars, but that doesnt automatically make them crap.
And the LNF and LSJ cobalts are hardly the cream of the crop as far as drag racing street beasts, even though they are "newer tech"

dam why is everyone arguing? the op never said omgz ws6 are slow **** , Title says ws6 vs cobalt , he proved his claim with video, and the t/a owner agreed to the rolls didnt have a gun to his head.... its a modded car vs modded car and a good race too. Everyone on here who races goes lookin for runs they know they have the best chance at. of course the op wanted rolls i woulda too and so would the rest of you...

, if the 60 ft is amazing that just means you hooked for a milli second while you punched it lol, then its back to spinning I had a 2.1 in the redline, that was my best. Then again that is ALOT harder to launch then the balts, dunno why just was lol

Thanks. But I really didn't spend that much. I bought alot of things used and me and my brother did all the work. Really, the most expensive thing was the cat back. Everything else was like $100 here, $200 there. Over time... Ya know??? Hey man, I like cam's and goats, and firebirds, and imports too. I actually like all cars, but I hate the guys that buy them and think their **** don't stink. True "car guys" and Tuners don't bash other peoples rides just for the fact they got an import or a small 4cyl. We come together and bash on all the posers that put 20's on their V6 mustangs that have a chrome muffler tip and neons. FEEL ME????

Drag strip races are the exception, not the rule.
