dude, no need to stoop to their levels. the idiotic part he said was where the smart ones upgraded to a TC. Thats not idiotic bc he thinks the tc is sooo much faster, its idiotic bc to turn a car over in 2 years or so youre losing your ass. and also some people may not be able to afford that idiotic move of buying a car and selling it 2 years later.

I think its believable. This past weekend I dyno'd my TC which just has a K&N drop in and muffler delete and I dyno'd at 246 to the wheels. I think thats putting out more than a stage 2 does to the wheels. Am I wrong?

263 with just a stage 2 tune and belt is not possible sorry. It takes a stage 2 with supporting mods to hang with a stock TC and thats a fact. No need to hate on either car...there both fugly cobalts that 99% of people will never look at twice.

Maybe its just your car that is 'fugly'.. I get looks/compliments all the time. Everywhere I go. Ill gladly race one of you tc guys. And the guy that said the smart sc guys went to tc, well he is a jackass..

Not a fact. My Stage 2 SS/SC with airbox mod put away my friends' '09 SS Sedan by about half a car to a car from a 40...and I have vid proof of me and him at the strip. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6swrtC2fjn0 :33 secs into the vid if you are interested. And he's a former 2.85 pulley S2 SS/SC owner. But on the other hand, the traction control really sucks at the strip.....but he and I ran fairly close times damn near every time (14.0-14.5's) This topic is like beating a dead horse, but some people need education.
so your saying a car with about 15 WHP and 25WTQ less is faster? Also the same weight. Ummm driver mod anyone? Video proves nothing to me...

What proves it then? SS/SC S2 = Stock SS/TC. And as far as driver mod, RBC has it believe me ...it does not take much to roll race now dig racing is a different story.

you dont think shifting fast helps? I can show you plenty of youtube videos of a stock t/c pulling even or winning against a stage 2 with smaller pulley and supporting mods....and thats cute editing my post...idiots...

 wow....Fast and the furious..I guess the no lift shift feature is the determining factor in beating the stage 2 balts...good thinking C'mon man let's be realistic please.

where did I even write that? I said fast shifting....And if you dont no lift shift yea that does hinder the performance of the TC DUH. I think I am being realistic, maybe you need to wake up and realize a 500 dollar tune with stage 2 belt and injectors is not going to beat a stock TC ever unless the driver is an idiot. Add intake exhaust header and smaller pulley then yes I agree that stage 2 balt would win.
