Once again you have no clue of my work experience or what I did at that time.
Thats unfair to the guy whos been in the company much longer. What about the guy doing the same job that has been working there for much longer and is older and may possibly have a wife and kids to support? Is it fair to him that youre making the same pay at 15 yrs old? That would be a slap in the face to me....

Dude you obviously haven't worked in real work environment or just stupid. People that have been there longer made/make more money. STARTING PAY is $15 which means the longer you work there the more money you can potentially earn, that is what you call a RAISE. Age doesn’t have **** do with it, it all boils down to what you know and how well you work. I was doing the SAME job as everyone else and doing it just as well or better than others working there.

So I have to ask this:

If you're working at a job and an OLDER and LESS experienced guy gets hired and makes more money than you is that fair?

The answers is NO its not. Just because I was 15 doesn't mean I didn't know what the hell I was doing. I knew that **** like the back of my hand and because of that I trained a lot of guys there.

Also I think you are going to have a hard time when you start working full time with a company, unfair **** happens all the time. What you need to lean is YOU need to worry about YOURSELF. It doesn't make a difference what any of your coworkers make. Bitching and complaining about **** is only going to get you fired. Not to mention no one knew how much I made anyways, that is something an individual should keep to them selves.

"I also was making 5.15/hr when I was 13 and 14. I said I was doing the same work that the guys making 10-15/hr were doing. I didn't make 15/hr untill I was 15/16."

OK. So at 15 yrs old, you were making the same that other people at your dads shop were making, and I bet they had MUCH more than 2 yrs exp.

So, you "worked ur way up" from 5.15 to 15/hour in just 2 yrs? It took 2 yrs to make 15 an hour? How long did it take everyone else? The workers who could legally work more than part time? Even though those other guys making 15/hr probly had many more years experience, or education, you ended up making the same pay in 2 yrs @ 15 yrs old.

You know what would happen if a 15 yr old said " I want to make $15 an hour " to an employer? The employer would tell him to get lost.

2 yrs experience does not constitute $15/hr at 15 yrs old. You were favored because your dad owned the business. Its not that hard to accept is it?

life just sucks somtimes. it doesnt always go in ur favor though.

im making 15 right now, but im only 18 with a daughter so that explains it. when my father places me in his management position, ill be making 25+ which would be fantastic. just the perks of owning the business and working in the oil industry. its best to own ur own company cause ur no one elses boss, u choose ur own hoidays and ur hours and best of all, ur not someone elses product

DUDE READ!!

STARTING PAY is $15/hr for ANYONE that works there!!

My first two years were training learning to weld, reading prints, using machines, getting certified, ect. After two years I could pretty much do everything on my own and knew how build and weld everything. People that had more experience got paid more. The thing is you know how to weld or you don't there really isn't much more to it than that. I also never asked for more money the shop foreman recommended that I got equal pay as everyone else.

I think you are having a hard time accepting someone took advantage of a prime opportunity and it ended up working out for him (ME).

Maybe if you didn't work at Wal-Mart or wherever you work you would realize what it all entails working at where I work(ed).

This opportunity was graciously bestowed upon u from your parents. Seriously, how many 15 yr olds u know making $15 an hour? You wouldnt be making that much if ur Dad didnt pay you that much, and didnt get u in the company at that young.

How many other 13 yr olds were there? How about 15 yr olds? Also, youre not allowed to work more than x hrs ( not sure what its up to ) while youre attending school legally.
