agreed gentlemen... i was so pissed too... i was about a block away from the station and this jackass made me half an hour late... the funny thing is that the cop told me that i could either do the report and the one at fault would get points on their dmv record, or settle it with only the insurance companies... i said nah just leave it to the insurance.. he went to talk to the other idiot, and when he came back to me, he said he was gonna do the report... i went to the other guy and told him your a ****** idiot theyre definatley gonna put some points on you for this and his response was "i didnt say anything like that"... goes to show you how retarded people can be
Like Witt said, he doesn't think he did anything wrong, so he'll just keep right on doing it. I hope his insurance goes through the roof.

haha I think you misunderstood me...I was saying cobalts are perfect for people who can't drive...don't put them in an expensive nice car, put them in a crappy econobox (because lets face it...at the end of the day, it's still a cobalt...)

yea looking back i should have made a police report.. i didnt want to cuz it would show on my driving record that i was in a colision, but that mother ******* insurance is lagging major *****... im STILL waiting on a damn appraisal to see when i can take it in for reconstructive surgery....

bro he lost..not only will he get points on his record..hes paying ide say well over 4 thousand dollars worht of damage..to get a whole new front bumper on my car with a smashed side w.fixed itself a few days later was 1200..and if he has his insurence fix it his **** will skyrocket..sooo he got fucked from both ends..ass then mouth..lmao

so i was driving to work yesterday morning, not rushin or anything
the guy in front of me slams on his brakes, i start braking myself... he locked up his brakes pretty bad throwing smoke and what not, my SS stopped like a champ... unfortunately, the jackass behind me has a lame LS sedan and decided to slam on his brakes too, and since that ******** was follwing me too closely, the momentum+skid resulted in him crashing into my rear bumper....
The aftermath:
heres my car... the back bumper is all scraped up, bottom lip ripped off
heres his lame ass car...
Obviously, my car won this encounter... and the funny thing is this dumb **** is gonna try and fight it saying it was my fault... idiot

well i got word from the insurance that theyre gonna cover my car 100 percent and yea that guy is skrewed as far as the driving record goes... theyre gonna throw in a rental car in the mean time too... so **** it.. and im gonna give em a statement on monday about my side of the story.. so imma make him sound as bad as possible... ill get pics up when i get the car back

The damage on that LS is probably close to 4k, depending on what all exactly got screwed, my 05 base model suffered similar damage to the tone of ~3800-4000 if i remember right. All on the drunk drivers tab, but apparently it's okay to drive drunk in the parking lot since the cops didn't do **** to him. -_- 
Also, my airbag didnot deploy, but from the looks of the damage he did, everyone was amazed they didn't lol, btwm I wasn't really hurt, just like a sore knee (my knee hit the dash >.<) and neck a little.
