That was also a C5 Z06, not a C6...Not to mention, if you want to make that a more comparable race because of the Viper being TT, then how about the Lingenfelter Vettes?? Now that would be a much better run

So a twin turboed V-10 can walk a N/A V-8? Wow now who woulda thunk that? 
I wonder if a Cobalt could stand a chance against the Viper?

My butt doesn't hurt but thanks for your concern. I agree those type of monster HP cars are awesome but what kills me is the morons who go "See a Vette ISN'T all that!" and its being compaired to something sooooo far out of its league its rediculous! Thats why I said we may as well run a Cobalt against the Viper and see who wins, its the same thing. Like I said ...... DUH!

D4, the viper gave the z06 quite a lead. There was a discussion on it in one of the forums and the owner commented and said the z06 did the rolling start that you saw, and he just sat there at the starting line that they were at originally until he saw the z06 step on it, then he launched. So basically that viper just ran down a car that was already doing probabl 60+ by the time he even launched and put bus lengths upon bus lengths on it. Imagine the g's that thing is putting on the driver, i cant even begin to imagine!
someone needs to get joe with his twin turbo ford gt to race a linginfelter and a twin turbo viper. that'd be literally the coolest race ever. 1400whp gt mmmmm.

i beleive road and track did 0-200mph tests between bugatti and veyron,and viper wont by like also 2 seconds

that "heffner viper" looks like ricky's ...if it is, its 1700hp and traps 160+ slipping down the 1/4
but here u go guys... to match the texas mile video u posted... here are some of the others.. watch for the gt tt lose control at the end... the car was perfectly fine though, just grass and mud ...the red viper is gary javo's personal vehicle... the ford gt after the spin out came back to turn 222.24mph
