When I take those pictures I use a strap to hold the camera to the steering wheel and only need one finger to hit the button.
I know I just needed an excuse to post that picture again.

The ss/sc, i can understand not wanting to try it, the ss/tc obtains an entirely new form of balance all around, u gotta drive one for a few months to fully understand.

I love the inaccuracy of the avg speed on the SS/SC. It always made me laugh. Id reset it then do like 100 mph and it still said avg speed was 30. It worked about as good as my cruise control which was always broken .

I've been to 140MPH(230KM/H) a few times, the ss/tc finds it way to that speed VERY quickly, very much to my surprise the 2-3 times i've done it.

Don't really know the top speed of my car and don't really care. If I had to imagine it would prolly top out in 5th around ~175 as 6th gear is something like a .5:1 ratio. Different gearing would probably get it higher but there's no fun in top speed for me.
I beat this C6 pretty convincingly the joke was there was no way he was catching up.

either or the cobalt ss/sc's can hit over 160mph, **** my car does 155 in fourth gear.
but either way, sounds like some good runs. foxwoods isn't too far from where I'll be living in the spring. Maybe we can see what this cobalt will do vs a goat (no one will run me over here anymore lol)

what are u talking about? He used his flux capacitor to go lightspeed down the track. We all know He runs a 1 sec 1/4mi.

Give it up kid, you plain and simple don't have what it takes to run the times you claim much less out run a C6 even the slowest of them all the 2005 A4.
It isn't that my C6 is better than anyone elses just that your full of crap.

I did't know you were so close. **** I'm down man. And don't worry about the launch... I'll be nice and run ya from a dig should give you a chance.... maybe .... lol
hopefully we get a warm weekend to do this before the car goes away for the winter, cause come spring time who know's whats gonna be under the hood.
yeah it's a bitch, but with the proper tire on the car (which I will be running) it's not that bad. it's top from 60-110mph I have the worst time hooking the car up

This reminds me of a funny story in my friend group.
My friend Alfred has a Camaro SS, he's notorius for wanting to race ppl 0 to ~140+ back when it was near stock. He had a rivalry with this kid Nick with an 03 Cobra. They used to go back and forth. Nick won stock, Alfred got bolt ons, Nick got a pulley, Alfred got a Turbo, Nick got a kenne belle, Alfred got a built motor and a bigger turbo.
They were setting up to race and Nick is bitching, "I just want a 1/4 mile race, none of this 0-140 Bullshit." Alfred quickly replied with the best possible one-liner ever in response to that statement. 5 bucks to whoever can guess word for word his response!
