Had a race in my other car.
Well besides my cobaltss, I also own a 94 firebird 3.4v6 with i/h/e, shift kit, 4:10s and 100 wet shot of nitrous. Last night I was driving around town in my bird just enjoying the auto trans, when I came to a red light. As Im sitting there waiting, a blue 350z pulleys up next to me reving is engine, from what I could here it had intake and exhaust. The guy rolls down his window and ask what I got. I told him all of what I had except for the nitrous.
He ask me if I wanted to go on green, I said sure, hit the remote bottle opener, and purged it, funny he never noticed the sound. Light turns green I nail it, get to 90mph had aleast 5-6 cars on him. I pull into a gas station he follows, we talk, he tells me I have a nice car, I do the same, we part our seperate ways (still forgot to ask what his mods were)
. All in all Im happy with the bird, it has come a long way, next is to build the motor to hold the 175 shot from my zex wet kit.
Oh yeah he still didn't know I had nitrous!
