HAHA!!! hyundai tiburon v6 180 mph+
So.....this guy i just met the other day asked the question of how fast i have gotten my cobalt to. i said right around 150 mph, and he comes back with "that sucks, ive gotten my tib to 183."" wtf? am i missing something here?? so of course i call him out on it, and he says next time he is up from georgia (im in SC), he will put $1000 on the line that his tib beats my SS/TC stock for stock.....is this guy for real??

I played with one on the highway a few months ago... they are really slow for a nice looking v6, 6 speed car. He couldn't even get away from me trying to do a ricer flyby!

those are the exact specs i sent to this dude's inbox but he wont believe it..he says "it must be the 4 cylinder tib." haha i mean i know it wont even be a close race, but its just the fact that he wont listen to ANYBODY about the matter...i also believe he knows NOTHING about cobalts...let alone the SS/TC
anyways, here are the 2.0 specs for comparision
Second generation (GK) (2002-2008)
2.0 L inline 4 cylinder Beta II CVVT (2004+) on the inlet valves (GK, GS)
141 hp (105 kW) @ 6000 rpm and 184 Nˇm (136 ftˇlbf) torque @ 4500 rpm.
2.0 litre:
Acceleration 0-60 mph: 9.2 seconds Top speed: 130 mph (209 km/h)
.3 seconds faster to 60 and +18 mph top end over my 13 year old commuter
