thats exatcly what he said he was putting to the wheels and i just found out the balt started in 3rd n shifted to 2nd instead of brake boosting lol, so it might have been a little bit closer with that a new clutch instead of the stock

i know.. idk what the **** i was thinking...o well.. about the brake boosting thing, i would have but my clutch sux as it is, and my brakes do to. after i get the new clutch in im gunna meet up with him again and then we will see what happens

Ah, how fun is that! Dead even with a modded GTO. I am one proud papa.
Best part for me is this...the valve cover's never even been off the Cobalt, while the GTO's had the engine torn down for internal work.
Could be an entirely differnt outcome with the new clutch and a few more PSI of boost!

You may have a harder time with a Manual though, This is an a4 with LT's and a tune vs a stock M6 both ls2's

The stall helps out the GTO like I said before but form a roll a cammed M6 is gonna be rough to beat. Most of the M6 guys use larger cams as well, that mixed with lower drivetrain loss makes a mean roll car. I am hoping to trap 118 this year.
