well i went to a dyno day and the guy running the show wouldnt let me touch **** btwn runs cause for some reason he considered that tuning the car. I went in at a measly 17psi...a gt35r is asleep at 17psi so the numbers were rather low. I wanted to up it to 20-21 but no dice. This was done on a awd dyno, dont ask.... Anyway here are the results
On the street 3 psi makes a huge difference, im going to ricer guess and say 370-380 at 20

not impressed. I would have expected bigger numbers on a bigger displacement engine and a 35r. Synapse layed down more than that with a measily 2871r.
I know it's only 17psi, but hey, I'm hating cause I expect big numbers from big turbos. And it's not a cobalt.
As long as slowsho hasn't done anything new to his, I'm gonna guess that you'd beat him easily though.
BTW, what's the head design like on the Mazdas?

Like laloosh said, a 35R at 17psi is like farting in a tornado. That turbo will scream around 30psi. Once he can up the boost, it will be a different ball game.

I'm comparing 2.0 motor with a big turbo to a 2.3 motor with big turbo. I'm just saying that the numbers suck. I think the MS3's are ugly and I think the potential is garbage. and now after seeing a 35r on 17psi make that low of power, I laugh. Cuz a TVS blown LSJ on 17psi would walk that MS3 like a dog.
Please don't take offense Laloosh. I'm just not impressed. Go turn the boost up and tune it and make near 500whp and I'll retract my statements.
