Oh please, no its not. Its fully bolted and tuned to hit those awhp numbers. That's like a SS/TC fully bolted and tuned on e47 or e85. I sure feel bad for those Boss302, M3, GTR, and ZL1 owners getting spanked by a SS/TC with "just a tune with E85 that's basically a stock car".

Hahaha awesome!
I loved watching the cross hanging from the rearview.
Also loved how the nose of the vette stayed up through the whole pull in one of those.
If you watch VERY carefully on the last run (the 30 roll). Once the vette gets back there a ways you can see it squirming a just a little bit from wheelspin.

just a tune and E85 is basically stock? so the LNF turbo guys that have E85, tune, and exhaust that are putting down nearly 100 more hp than an actual stock LNF, are considered stock still?

Fully bolted would include and is not limited too: Intake, Exhaust, DP, Turbo swap, piping, IC, and tune.

I guess, but a ZR1 with an intake, tune, pulley swap, twin pass heat exchanger, and drag radials will pull off a 9.8xx 1/4 mile. And that's without E85.

All that? That's basically a stock car according to you.
No, a turbo swap is not a bolt on. I can't see the video because I'm at work, but I'm betting that "exhaust" is a catless turbo back. From what I've read as well, GTRs need to change injectors to be able to run e85, and I would imagine even more so if he turned the boost up.
