i was driveing down the highway and i was doing 80mph. so i see this little silver celica geting onto the highway so im driveing along and he comes up on the side of me and is just staying on my side. then he takes off and pulls ahead of me. so i went into 4th gear and gave the car some gas and i cought him and he couldint go fast enought so i jumped into another lane and but 100ish i had 3 cars on him so i slowed down and got of my exit. it was the GT and the last gen ones with the funny looking front ends

Nice kill dude, but one question, was it a GT or a GT-S? The GT only had 140hp, while the GT-S had a 180hp.

it was a GT looked just like this one even had the same rims on it.

Nice kill, but be careful with the fully bolted GTS theyll give your ss.sc a run for their money.

he's got a G5 not a ss/sc. But since it was a GT then i can see why you had a 3 car length on him, against a GT-S it wouldn't be as close if not at all.

yup i just got the 2.4 5 speed fully stock. yea there isint to many GT-S around my area. if there is they are not stock and they have them crazy looking body kits on them. the car right now has 1050 miles on it so after its first oil change i want to get it put on the dyno and then run it at the track.

2.4 and a GT-s many threads on this,drivers race you name it,2.4s are beating them, and i know because I had this engine before,our cars have more pull

I don't know much about celicas but i was unaware that any stock celica regardless of trim would even have a remote chance against an SS/SC. Are they really that quick?
