My SS/SC vs M3

so i just got off work and pull up to the light to go on the main road and theres a silver M3 that looked sick. he looked at me and smirked. as soon as we go around the turn we both floor it from 30ish with me a car ahead and we stop at 80-85 with him 1 car ahead. then we get a red light and this guy looked drunk or stoned or something. he was revving his engine and acted all cocky by burning out in reverse and forward at the light. i was laughing my ass off! so then the light turns green and by the end of first, he has 1/2 car on me but then he missed second because i could hear this horrible grinding. so that put me about 1-1 1/2 car ahead and it stayed like that up until about 80-85 where we let off. that made my night beating an M3 but i know i beat the shitty driver and not the car. o well still was really funny.

I think he meant to say something like, "Try racing a turbo M3 if you see one"

Not really. These cars are overrated from the factory, and they are heavy! I seen one dyno at 268hp!!!! Not too much considering it is like 3800lbs+!!!

I don't care how over-rated or how heavy M3 is, they are solid mid 13 second car and with a great driver, it can go lower.

Closer to 3400, but yeah, they are beasts. A good driver in a SS can definitely beat a bad driver in an M3, but stock to stock, car to car, there is no comparison.

does everyone realize too that the M5's are 4000 lbs? Honestly, the M series is waaaayy to heavy to compete with a lot of american muscle ( especially the price! M5 is like 80k!! The corvette is 60ish and has a 0-60 of 3.5 sec.. The M5's is 4.7 sec, THAT IS SLOOOWWW!! )

Anywayz, a modded SS/SC should be able to take a M3, theyre so fat!

The M5 also carries 5 people and their luggage, and has an interior that makes the Vette look like a Kia, but that's not why people buy it...
