Playing with a GT-500

Do you even have a point anymore?
I assume you either drive a Mustang or have no girlfriend and whack off to pictures of them burning out.
If I am wrong I usually tell people to quit while there ahead but dude you aren't even on the same map as the rest of this conversation.

GT500 vs Termi vs LS2 goat=drivers race,all 3 cars within 1/2 a second.Advantage GT500
LS1 Fbody vs Mach 1 vs LS1 goat=drivers race,all 3 cars within 1/2 a second.Advantage Fbody.Simple really.

Wow I like not being the one to argue all the time. LOL
Heres the way I look at it, you lookt at ETs if you going from a dig and you look at trap speeds if you going from a roll.
Going off of best vs best:
ALL RUNS BONE STOCK DOWN TO TIRES
GT500 = 12.257 @ 117.180 w/ shitty 2.11 60'
GTO = 12.8 @ ??? w/ ?? 60' (Need Info)
03/04 = 12.4 @ 114 w/ ?? 60'
Other Runs
GT500 = 12.561 @ 115.590 w/ 2.088 60'
GTO = 13.0 @ 109 w/ 1.980 60'
03/04 = 13.169 @ 108.820 w/ 2.136 60' (Another guy went 12.62 @ 111 and there are a hand full of confirmed 12.8s on SVTP)
Note: "Other Runs" were just stock times pulled off of Dragtimes.com.
Any way you look at it a Shelby traps higher stock for stock with equal drivers, good or bad. A Shelby SHOULD beat a GTO or 03/04 Cobra from a roll which has been confirmed by Cody, just by how much it will is still up for debate.
Dig races on the other hand vary so much its hard to compare, no two people drive the same and most people can’t repeat there best run.
From my experience, I raced numerous LS2 GTOs (mods unknown) at the track and on the street when my car was running 12.8s @ 109ish and I never lost to one, some I would walk and some would be very close (1-2 cars). From driving both cars I know the Shelby would have walked my GT, when it was running 12s, pretty hard from a roll. The Shelby pulls very strong up top and the car will do 130-135 at the top of third gear.
Also when Cody raced the guy and lost by two car lengths more variables can come in to play. Not saying this is why he only lost by two car lengths but they guy could have shifted early. Shifting at 5500-6000 will not pull near as hard as shifting at 6.5k-7k.
I went for a ride in a friends Shelby and he would always shift at 6000ish so I asked him why he was shifting so early. I told him to wind it up to 6.5k-7k. So we go from a 60mph roll in second and he winds the car out to about 7k and bangs third, the car pulled so much harder in third than what it did when he was shifting at 6k I couldn’t believe it. I always shifted the car at around 7k so I never knew how bad sifting at 6k was.
Like I said I’m not saying that’s what the guy Cody raced was doing but it could have been and its pretty hard to tell what the other driver is shifting at.
Just food for thought.

So you do all this bench racing and no real racing? I see your beating around the bush of this time slip request. Do you have time slips for your cars? possable answers: Yes, No

^^^ Hmmm who could you be? ^^^
I only know one person who has enough homosexual tendancies to call two guys that are friends boyfriends.
How long until you get banned this time?
As for timeslips I already said the track isn't set up to handle a car as fast as mine.
OH AND BY THE WAY MY CAR IS NO SLOWER THAN ANY OTHER GTO *******.

In the same conditions I would put money on a race.
Rather than throwing mods at my cars two days after I buy them I learn to drive them they way they are. Once I perfect stock then I mod.
The simple elimination of Torque Reduction on my GTO made it a whole different animal.
I may **** alot of people on here and belive me it's all in good fun. But I won't say I am a awesome driver I let my driving speak for itself.

The programmer isn't on my car now. It's been in the garage for the past three weeks so I took it off. The new LSX computers need to learn a tune just like older ECM's learn mods so I figured why leave it on if i'm not driving it.
So stock vs stock it is.....
