The only thing I wonder about that intense stage 3 is risk of valve wear with the extra fuel being thrown in there.

not to start another one of "those" arguements, but 99-04 GT's can run high 13s stock. Mach 1's can run mid-low 13s stock, and break 12s with a few mods.

Thats all I'll say, I promise.

Pics of my car....and engine pics...and a dyno minus N20 are all posted. I race with the college kids A LOT. s4's are freakin quick. I don't know how there could be a difference in almost a second on a 1/4 mile between Mustang gt's and Mach 1's when the difference in power is at the VERY most 12whp. All owners I know dynoed stock gt's at 256 and stock Mach 1's at 265. It's just a name difference for "nostalgia" lovers who want to buy a old name.

Me=272hp @ 2620lbs With Me In The Car

Shut Up About The Freakin Evo. The Bmw 525i Was A Closer Race Than The Evo.

It's smaller than the one on the ss/sc, and not only was it the last thing I added to my car, but it allows me to take the curve on the road that leads to my house at 72mph, when before my wheels whould skid sideways at 55.

350z's put down 234whp stock on average. base models weigh 3188 without passenger, enthusiast model weighs 3210, performance 3233, touring 3255, and track model about 3220.

my z had CAI, headers, high flow cats, and a 3" exhaust, i put down 264whp, 318 at the crank, and race weight was 3365 with me in it. they are not that fast, 99-04 mustangs own us at the track because Z's have a ton of negative rear camber and the mustangs have a better torque curve. from a roll, it's a driver's race.

mach 1's run 13.9-14.3 based on personal experience at the track, i ran against the guy about 6 times that night and we compared slips each time.

I've beat a LS5 Chevelle with my 2003 GP GT but i've also lost to a slightly modded Civic in my drag mustang buy screwing up my launch (read sideways; kumos suck, have much better tires now).

Had my cobalt for over a week...only one victim 2005(?) BMW 545I.

This thread should just be closed or deleted NOW. It serves no purpose and will ultimately end in a flame war.

150.4 is wheel horse...my crank without N20 is 191.8
I went twice because the guys that run the place dicked me over. They told me it was $100 to get horsepower print outs and $150 to hook up the air/fuel sensor, to tune my N20 system. Later they told me that it was only $100/hour to tune if I did it, and $150 to tune it if they did it. So the second time I went back, I tried 8 different combinations of fuel and nitrous jets in the hour, to get the right combinations. I didn't take the time to print them all out, because I wanted to get the best combination possible in the hour allowed. My best was 272.4 crank with an 18.5% loss through the flywheel giving me 222.0whp.

If you are immature and a negative thinker it will...if you just list your kills it won't.

Actually, I am.

Just wanted to voice my opinion that this is all circumstantial and irrelevant. There are so many variables and you don't even know if the other person even knew the race was on, let alone that "He Lost"

This thread is like a Hair Trigger Belt Fed Double Barrel **** Machinegun. Except less usefull.

One has to ask why in hell it's important. Do you actually need to do this to feel good about yourself or something? Why not take up Knitting, Volleyball or Writing Short Novels, at least that has an tangible end result.

This is just E-***** **** that is really weak.

They knew we were racing cause we were on an abbandoned country road at 3:30 a.m., and we do it FOUR TIMES A WEEK. I'm curious about what other cars that cost like $30,000 can be beaten by $16,000 cars like cavaliers and cobalts. It does make me feel good to spend $22000 and beat a car that cost $10000 more in a race.

Ever think hard about why that is, and why you aren't just happy with yourself without proving some stupid thing about a stupid race on some stupid street.

Get a life, there are plenty of cheap and fast vehicles. Eg, $6000.00 can get you a YZF-R6. So What, It's cheap and fast. Why would that matter.

The $10,000 + car is probably much nicer and less of a Cavalier..
