Quote from Edmunds,
"The Caliber spoke most honestly about its character when we flogged it in the mountains. Here, where there were no neighbors to upset, it was capable. Hustling through the bends at 8/10ths, its engine is superb and its chassis is well behaved. But there was one problem: It wasn't much fun.
This is mainly a result of it being just too damn heavy. At 3,248 pounds as tested, it's almost 100 pounds heavier than the porky Mazdaspeed 3 and 81 pounds heavier than the Subaru WRX, which packs an all-wheel-drive powertrain."

I weighed it at the track, 3100 lbs. Also, my title reads 3080 lbs. So Im thinking, that once again, the media overexaggerates and doesnt know what the hell theyre talking about.

I will weigh it again on another scale if u honestly think the regulated track scale was lieing. Cuz weights and measurements have absolutely nothing to do with WEIGHING AN OBJECT, and what someone else prints/writes is gospel, and any machine that CORRECTLY WEIGHS A CAR TO THE lb is wrong. And the state title is lieing too. Because its OK to have incorrect information on a regulated government document.

Its kind of funny to see what blows up after enough power is thrown at an engine. What north was referring to was the intake manifold on the CSRT4. When Realtune, or Darell *** ( cant remember which vendor it was ) were in initial testing on their kits, and running over 400 whp on the CSRT4, they blew up an intake manifold. They have since fixed the issue, and everything is running smooth, but it is pretty funny to hear: We ran the CSRT4 at 400 whp and almost 500 wtq, and the intake manifold cracked.
