I think the 2.2L can be a mean little beast if the rights mods are used and a good tune. Just because it an n/a doesn't mean its slow......

I can definatly see this happening if the SS was a bad driver. I drove a couple stock SS/SC's when I had my bolt on LS and I was not impressed. I thought even with the mods I had an SS/SC would completly walk me in my LS but they never felt that much quicker. And that was before a tune. Good run OP everyone needs to stop bashing and give him credit. He even said the SS won, he was just impressed that his car kept up.

Im gonna try and NOT sound like a dick here, but anytime ive driven anyone elses car at the track ive run faster times than with the owner driving. Plus everytime he would shift he would pull back a little, cause mine revs to 7k, and my shifts are practically instantanious. And i will Guarantee that i have a 14.9 if not better, all motor quarter mile.

Since you weren't using NO2 I'd say the SS/SC driver needs some lessons on driving.
