Raced a sti last night
Last night on my way home i can up on this black sti all i could tell is that he had an exhaust maybe more there were a few cars in front of us but no one behind us so we slowed down to about 15 he honked it off i jump on him about half a car length but by the time i was at the top of second he was about a fender a head of me then i missed 3rd. We slowed back down i thought he wanted to go again because i wanted to try from a 40 but he said he was getting off at the next exit i said nice car and he said the same and then he got off the highway.
and i dont know how much it really matter but i had regular gas in my car 87 octane when i filled my tank the guy gave me regular instead of super

87octane?
FACE PALM!
Anyway (don't know what you have so....)....
stage 2, then 2.9, get bigger injectors (everyone tries to debate this, trust me, my injectors are over their duty cycle, you'll have a better car with bigger injectors), header, dp, heat exchanger, and a tune
= kiss the STi good bye

the only reason i went with stage 1 was because i got it for $100 never used and it only cost $100 at the dealership to have it installed and i really dont fell like paying for a custom tune soon i am moving on Saturday and wont have a job for a wail i need to try to save my money and i know i will be fine running on the stage tune with a 2.9 for at least 3 or 4 month until i get a custom tune
