wtf are you talking about an rsx-s will put down more power tha na stock ss/sc with bolt ons. With 3 lbs of boost on top of the usual bolt ons i can almost assure you it will.

an a3 on 9psi will make over 250whp, depending on what kit or custom kit, and what he is tuning with. K pro helps out alot. I know that with a rev hard kit the a3 makes around 275whp on 8.5 psi.
Alot depends ont he parts the car is running. The greddy kit on 6psi makes right around 200whp where as cybernation with make well over that. 11psi on cybernation with give you around 300whp(again depending on tuning/conditions, everyone is different).

Now a type s is a different story. On 8.5 psi he will easily make over 350whp w/ kpro.
if anyone is bord and wants to know some more, ephatch and clubrsx are decent places if you just want to check out some dyno sheets, ive been a member on both these sights for years as i am a honda guy(but i have an odd fetish for the colby, kinda like how i love black women).

well i just read you have rev hard an a type s very nic(reading owns me). I have an 06 silver rsx-s. and just blew my clutch out this week.

rev hard ftw, very nice kit.

just wondering if you are running k pro or just the reflash and a boost controller.

nice to see another fellow type s owner and i am running k-pro with the greddy boost controller but the only thing i will say about your info is the number on the turbo type s are a bit inflated depending on what kit for greddy, revhard and hks it takes some modifications to get it over 300 because of the log style turbo manifold so i would say 350whp is an exageration but when it comes to full race or peakboost kits ur right on point with the numbers

fair enough. The kit has alot to do with the number and also whether or not their running k pro. Greddy wont make those numbers but revhard with kpro and some bigger injectors, it doesnt take much. **** even the shitty k20a3 responds very nice to boost.
I wish cybernation would have stayed in the game, they made great power.

If that guy was running 21 psi (assuming he was telling the truth) cobalt-addiction.com has a CA Stage 6 upgrade that give you that boost with about that hp.

let me dip in here for a sec rsx boosting make good numbers due to the factory k series setup and because of the compression ratio so the low boost thing u cant use because you can run really low boost and make 290whp so quit it with low boost crap dont worry when pickup my ss/tc im crushing all haters

im not 100% but i think its capped at 20, and from what iv heard thats about its max. its a small turbo so any major power would be from a swap. someone please correct me if im wrong

Low boost for him could be 4-5 psi genius. It's relative to a persons setup.

For some odd reason, I bet that guy's first mod will be a loud VTA BOV and a manual boost controller set to its' highest setting (in that order)..

Aaaah, another one!!! We're being invaded!!! throw some torque at them, maybe they'll go away!!!

haha, j/k, I don't have enough HP to back that up in a serious fashion. Probably not enough torque either since you're boosted

i see so many cobalt owners talk smack with the torque thing against honda/acura owners. I think that is quite funny since both rsx owners in this thread would tear you a new ass hole and put down way more torque than you do.
