2.2 Cobalt doesn't stand a chance stock against any SS/SC Cobalt. I knew a kid down south that was in high school and had a 2.2 I think with maybe a CAI and Aftermarket exhaust possibly (with black steelies), he went to the track every weekend. Although one day he even told me he would never stand a chance or even attempt to race my SS. Its a no brainer for anyone thats been around Cobalts for a while. I'd have fun if I was you and toy with him a bit though so he wouldn't be as cocky from now on and bother you. He deserves to be put in his place. Its aggravating though when you beat someone and they get their feelings or there pride hurt so bad that they can't catch up roll down there window and give you a thumbs up or something. I do, even when I get beat. Sometimes I like to even catch up after the fact and see what they have under the hood back when I was stock. I walked away on a Mustang Cobra (about like the 03 body style from a roll) recently after they were laughing at me (2 guys) when they pulled up next to me. Even when I slowed down to like 10 under the speed limit they would never catch up. I guess they were ashamed, probably not laughing anymore.

Anyways let us know how the underdog does when you race him. Doesnt make sense on his part to be cocky because there is always someone out there that is faster. Laterzzzzz
