270 sounds about right for the Greddy kit. AFAIK, it's a pretty small turbo and a generic "reflash" that can be modified a bit with the e-manage. Hondata dropped the ball and most were hopping for a K-Pro variant to be announced at SEMA, but nothing was said. Apparently, the CANBUS/DBW is tricky to deal with. Many people are jumping ship because there's really no way for the average guy to tune these cars. Doug @ Hondata has done some custom tunes for a few custom setups, but even that AJP kit comes with a reflash. I could see you pulling him, but it's tough to say.
I'm jumping ship pretty quick because this car just doesn't see gains for the money you put into it. Post results ASAP!

Yes, the DBW on the Si's suck. It has a rev-hang issue, along with bucking and jerking when the car is not fully warmed up. Very annoying. Reflashes have helped with the rev hang, but it's still there.

IF you can drive you have a very good chance of winning. My best friend has the EXACT same set up on his 08 si. I have prety much the same mods as you and i beat him from a dig by a fender and got the same result from a 40 roll. If you both can drive it should be a great race IMO. GET IT ON VIDEO!!! and good luck
Iam calling your win. A buddy of mine had exacly that setup in a 06. I was faster with my 2.8, CAI, full exhaust. But then again, he was their test monkey and the car usually ran like ****. However that night he was saying it ran good?

You've got this win dog. Trust me . Even without that "special button".... These ppl are overrating the speed of this civic. You will jump hard on him and keep the lead. Exactly what will happen. Send the import boy home with a frown
