You should be able to edge out a stock WRX, they aren't exactly rockets.

No you don't. My redline put the same number down as he did except all i had was the airbox mod.

Whether it's a CAI or an Air Box mod, the fact is your opening up more breathing room for the supercharger...hence more power. An Air Box Mod is the way to go if you don't care about saving your stock parts incase you trade your car in or sell it.
