He probably runs a low 13 comparing him to other s/c'd rsx's at 8~9psi

Step One:
2.9 pulley from Nate, light weight more power pulley.
Step Two:
Get lightweight wheels, put some drag radials up front.
Step Three:
GMP exhaust
Step Four:
GMP manifold
Step Five:
Downpipe with high flow
Step Six:
Run him again and you win.
Step Seven:
If you don't win tell him to come meet my cobalt.

I should probably throw in my (educated OMG!) e-bench racing opinion that you will not beat a supercharged RSX no matter how much money you waste. They trap in the 109-110mph range.

turbo, n20, or s/c swap
these are the only 3 steps in the process, and you only need to choose one.
p.s. r&c rally, you're too slow also, theres maybe 1 guy on here thats got a chance (FNFAST) and i dont think he can win either.

Um well I disagree! I have been in the FNFAST cobalt. ITS FNFAST! He is my brother, and he definately can beathigh and mid 12s in the 1/4. 317whp, with 405 gearing is very very respectable.

not enough to run a 13.1 or better. not even close. BTW i have all of those things and more...
well, thats great. but that makes him the only cobalt (who has produced a slip) that can run that fast. with the s/c swaps and t/c swaps out now, 12's will be commonplace in the next 6 months though.

lose the 20", sorry but if you're riding a balt you're not ballin' enough to be riding those.. they look nice but have no business on the ss/sc it's meant for speed and such not glitz to each his own but it's not a god idea...IMO
most of the times on this site should be .5 seconds quicker by their traps..... i mean hell you can run a civic si (with a good driver ) to high 14s stock and it's got less HP because they get traction... the balt should be a high 13 low 14 car stock considering it runs 97-99 mph traps stock... and other cars that run that run better times then mid 14s...

But they are slower than our cars stock...not by much but they are. So you now have 270 or 280 WHP on a RSX...which by rule of thumb...a Cobalt with 270 or 280 WHP should be a smidge faster.
I have 317WHP...that 47WHP more than him if he has 270 and 37WHP more than him if he has 280?? I think he would have a bad day
My 12.05 at 115 trapped horrible as I ran out of juice towards the end (I had been running on the street the day before).
So to beat me from a dig he would have to be in the 11's and to beat me from a roll...well he better still be into the 11's.
Not saying it's not fast or I have the fastest car on the planet...because I certainly don't...but a 280WHP RSX = Decent run...but I don't think thats enough to take down pretty much 320WHP...just my 82 cents.
