SS/Sedan Vs Civiv Si

It was fun, kicked his a** bad, it was like he wasn't even racing with me, i have a 2006 ss/sedan, aftermarket muffler, 18in wheels, thats it so far, at work all i hear is how bad he'll beat me, nice car won't lie, but slow, lol, 02 civic si, CAI, aftermarket exhaust(loud as hell) and who knows what else. so on our way to best buy we both stop at the light and we just looked at eachother and said "oh yea, race time" the light hit green and i was gone right off the line, after shifting into 2nd i looked to the side of me and he wasn't there, he was behind my ass. after all that he claimed "i missed 2nd gear, i wouldn't shift" but you all know how that goes, lol, anyway, im ready for round 2 whenever he is.

B.S.! I've raced no less then 15 of those new SI's and only lost ONE RACE. The SI isn't all that believe me.

A new Si is just about a drivers race with an SS/SC. The 2.4 would get rocked.

SS/Sc rocks the SI,the 2.4 takes it down low after 4th gear its the SI,I gather from what many members have said, for me,I have not had one stand the test yet.LOL!!!

at the people in this thread that think the SI is a match to the SC. That's rediculous. It's a match to a 2.4 maybe up to 100mph. The ss/sc will walk it all day everyday stock for stock

Actualy its a neighbor of mine who I'd butt kicked a couple times and he went out and got a cat back and intake. All I have is an intake so he walked me. **** happens, but I have MY catback and header on the way + tune to go with it! That should put me back on top with a little room to spair.

lmao, spoken from true stupidity. the ABSOLUTE FASTEST i have seen a new SI or Type S run at our track was seriously a 12.2, thats with intake and exhaust. i was running 11.8's stock. most of them are in the 12.4-12.6 range. dont even start about racing on the highway...

sorry guys i keep forgetting to say 1000 foot everytime. its the only track we have...
