Do you guys grasp anything beyond Need for Speed games and magazines or magazine TV shows?
If you take a STi, EVO and GTO and run them three across and each was driven perfectly this is how it would go.
Launch - 60ft = STi and EVO slightly ahead of GTO due to 1.7 60ft's vs 1.98
60ft - 1/8th = GTO makes up the ground it lost and is dead even
1/8th - 1000ft = GTO slightly ahead with STi and EVO reaching top trap speed
1000ft - 1320ft = GTO now leading and traping at 110mph with a 13.0 e.t.
1000ft-1320 = STi and EVO both trapping around 103mph and with a 13.2 e.t.
If all of you wise ass know it all BS'ers really knew anything you would know that isn't a close race, minus the numbers and going of simple observation.
And since when is beyond the 1/4 or roll racing rice or stupid? And why is it just the people who have 1/8th mile cars that bitch about that also?

GTO = 0-60 in 4.7 seconds, the 1/4 in 13.0 and can do a limited 160mph with power to spare and stop 70-0 in 122ft and pulls .87g.
AWD egg crates = 0-60 in 4.6 seconds, the 1/4 in 13.2 and simply tops out below 150mph but can stop 70-0mph in 116ft and pulls .90g.
With all of that said who the **** cares I would rather have a Vette.

old grandpa dave chandler (40some year old). He has the "461rwhp" 03 cobra. he is a complete moron. the cobra was stripped of seats/rims and some performance parts. bought it with a fucked up clutch(had to get another one put in DFX) paid 28,500 for it(40 to 50,000 miles). Has a tick in the bottom end. He has a 15 year old son which dont ever talk to. He is the cockiest person you will ever meet and never give your phone number to them. call 24/7.

i put 10 or more cars on him from a roll and 5 or more from a dig(spun 1st and half of 2nd and shut down into third. The roll video dissappeared haha from his camara haha. The dig starts 6:40 into the last vid. Thats with my old setup. He doesnt know about my new setup nor does anyone in norfolk other than klug and cody so if you dont mind keep it that way.

na you have a while b4 you can take him a very long while. its a 03 cobra. 461rwhp. he will have n20 after winter but he doesnt at the moment. i had 568rwhp and 526rwtq with out a 150hp shot. yeah somewhat stock cobalt ss/sc hasnt a snow ball chance in hell of winning. no offense to anyone. unless a wall comes out of nowhere they wont win.
FYI i have never been pushed to have to use my nitrous. so i sold the system.

Hes a douche. haha Its great racing him with my neon. I did a slow roll with him like 30 or so and he only beat me by a car and a half by 120. After that my car dies but with only 265whp what do you expect.

I was not saying for him to mod a vette motor in a cobalt. I was saying to find a Lingenfelter vette motor and drop it on in! That would be a major modifications project. even if you were to drop the cobalt shell on top of the corvette chasis.

Carol Shelby is half dead and only his original ideas were used on any of the new Ford stuff.
Seriously though do you remember the 80's Shelby edition Dodge Daytona, Chrysler Turismo I don't belive asking him to come up with a idea for a SHO would be a stretch.
And Lingenfelter himself isn't making any money as of right now do to his current state of being dead.
