There's plenty of discussions out on the net with productive conversations about this show. Not some idiot calling people names and trying to act like hero.

Go to yellowbullet (I know, I know they are idiots too) and see what some people are saying there... then go to some of the other forums about this show some which contain various witnesses... I made the mistake of coming here to ask a question about this show.

I was saying that there was traffic coming at them during some pulls. I never said they were racing in the wrong lane.... I can see how that could be mis interpreted though.
That's the only reason I was curious to see if in fact this was above board. It seems like there was loads of cars on the road etc. Too much BS to stage a simple pull.

pretty sure you said into traffic...and I don't see traffic coming at them if they stayed in their lane. Only way traffic would be coming at them is if they had switched lanes.

 

Ok, when two people race in a 4 lane road, and 2 cars are approaching them in the oncoming 2 lanes (other lanes going the other way) I call it racing into traffic. Again, different terms and I can see how you would think that.

And yes, I agree this clip doesn't have the scene I am referring to, although there is cars coming at them in the other lanes. BUT would you say this looks like a closed course? You never answered that. I just questioned that aspect thats all. And not just based off this one clip.

part that you don't understand is that it doesn't have to be a "closed course" like others have said here before the people that are the traffic know exactly what is going to happen. You really think a 1k hp truck would really do a massive pull in the middle of traffic and the people around them wouldn't freak out and swerve or brake atleast? lol alright

 

All I am asking is if you think the people driving these cars are extras and the place is shut down, or is this clip happening on a real road with real people regardless of weather or not they knew what was going on. Sounds like it's the latter which proves my point... Thats the only reason I asked the question.

Here's another vid and another clip. Watch the pull with the 300.... there's plenty of cars coming at them in the other direction, oncoming lanes whatever.
And sure there's some room here in the median, but if you don't think a 5000lb truck with 1000whp + with rear slicks has the potential to slide across if something breaks at high speed, then we can agree to disagree.
This is all I was asking about. I just couldn't see the police letting this go down without shutting both lanes down. Seems like a lot of oncoming traffic for it to be staged (Some other clips are worse) and IMO a question about it's legitimacy is perfectly normal.
