thats pretty cool.
those elantras are real monsters. 40 mpgs and leave ppl in the dust! not sure if hyundai was thinking about public safety when they made these supercars..
On the topic of the mustang...I would expect a v8 thats not na to be in another league than a v4 cobalt. Now that cobalts can actually be a challenge to them ppl are seeing them as competitors and not a lil 4 banger like all the mustang douches i know say lol

Settle down everyone. I didn't come here to claim Cobra superiority. That "ford" guy just seemed a little cocky, so I couldn't resist saying something. Sonicyeller's car is impressive for what is done to it. His car pulls hard with just a few bolt-ons on the stock turbo.
BTW, my Cobra used to put down 640 rwhp with this "little" 2.3 Whipple at 18 psi. The bigger blowers are pretty pointless unless you've got a stroker motor.

Lol, and I bet you weren't on pump gas, maybe pump gas and meth but I highly doubt it. As I said, there is no way he's making 500whp on that blower on 87 octane. You must be insane if you think he is. I have done plenty of research on terminators. I had thought about selling the cobalt and getting one but since I enjoy my measly 500whp in the cobalt I figured wth, I'll keep it.

The 500whp is an estimate I made up. I felt it was probably feasible WyoCobra's was making that type of power being as I pulled another Terminator Cobra by 1 car from 35-95mph. That car had an intake, pulley, upgraded heat exchanger, tune, and catback so it was likely making mid 400s to the wheels.

What fuel are you running? E85? My stock trans slung a front seal when I was going to a meet in Columbus which was on a pig rich 93 tune at 26psi. I limped it back home leaking trans oil and it destroyed the trans....I found a ton of metal shavings in the trans previously and I wanted a built trans anyways, lol...

Nah, more like low 400s. The stock blower makes a lot less torque than a 2.3L so he's making a good amount more torque than that cobra you ran. Notice how he stops pulling away as badly up top? There's a local boy making 500 with way more mods on a ported blower, E85, and a fully built engine. He also made about 700 on a 200 shot. Car was built to run a 3.4L and has all the fueling mods. The 3.4L locked up on it apparently. I was actually gonna buy the car but decided against it.
