So, I know no one will believe this, but I ran a G8 GT (intake, exhaust and tune) when i was showroom stock, and beat it. 2 out of 3 rolls, 2 were from 40 (1-1), and the other 45. Granted, I won by a fender both times. I also beat him at the track after I was tuned, and he had put in a Cam.
