TVS Redline vs. 475+whp Terminator and 150 shot 98 Cobra (vids...duh)
These runs are from all the way back in April. I've been slackin I know. I have probably 10 more to upload but I'll start with the night of the mustangs! Saw this clean termi cruising one night and tried to chase him down throughout the night. Assumed it was near stock since we hadn't seen it before. Turns out he lives a few hours away and my friend with the 98 cobra in the 2nd vid had met him earlier that day. Its an 03 I believe with 38k miles, pretty much showroom condition. Posi ported blower, 2.76" pulley, 4lb lower, 55# injectors, KB Boost a pump, intake, full exhaust and tune. Previous owner made 475whp on a dynojet on the stock unported blower. After I heard all that I thought I'd still run him just for fun then let the supra have a go at him. I was pretty surprised with the results actually. Ran from 40, you can hear him let off and put it into 6th and coast at the very end. 7500 rpms in my car in 4th on 235/45/17's is 158 mph, thats where we let off. Sorry for the quality. It went to **** when my friend sent me the videos.
Next I ran my friend's 98 cobra with a built bottom end with MMR goodies. 10.5:1 Pistons and forged rods, intake, full exhaust, 4.10's and a 150 shot. Made 360whp on the local dyno dynamics. For reference, a new stock 2013 5.0 just made 320whp up on that dyno last week, and then with full exhaust, cams, and a tune made 380whp.
This run was also from 40, let off at 140 or so with around 4 cars on him.

Thanks man!
Thanks, she tries to play with the big dogs lol
Yeah he def could have shifted a little faster, especially on the 2 to 3 shift. He had only owned the car 6 months, 4 of them being winter, and kept saying it was different because he used to be an F-body guy...not sure what difference that makes lol
I have some more cobra races to post as well along with their dyno numbers from the local dyno dynamics that the nitrous cobra I posted made 360whp on. One made 439whp (good race) and one made 517whp wounded when I raced it...lol not as good of a race
Thanks man I am happy with it!

Car is running good!
F-bodies and Cobras both have a T56 trans. There are a few minor differences, the one he is probably talking about is the clutch fork (Cobra) vs the hydraulic setup (F-body). having driven both, it does make for a difference in feel. I definitely prefer the F-body T56.
