It's quick for being stock. This one wasn't exactly stock though.

Ummmm, ya, a full bolt-on, built motor GTR shouldn't have beat me... I think you skipped a lot of my OP

He likes the GTR in almost every aspect more then the Gallardo. Only 2 things he liked about the Gallardo was the manual trans and the looks.

Keep in mind this is a stock GTR too
Dragtimes took a Deep Blue Pearl 2012 Nissan GT-R, and put it on the dyno and the dragstrip to test its real world performance. The numbers are every bit as Nissan claimed. 0-60 in 2.8 seconds as verified with the VBOX. Best of three runs was an 11.0@124mph. On the dyno the DBA put 474 horsepower to the wheels on a Mustang dyno, most CBA's put 430 horsepower to the wheels on the same dyno.
Ya, well over 800awhp My car's fairly quick and it felt like I was standing still watching him. And my god hearing his turbo's spool...

Haha, it's pretty insane to put down as much power as I am and still watch a car make me feel like I'm standing still. We're gonna run again after my longtubes and my switch to E. I should be able to at least stay with him then

The only time I felt silly in my Whippled Cobra was against a modded liter bike. That is one of the losses you don't mind.

No, kid's name is Adam. He talked TONS of crap last year but kept backing out of racing everyone claiming he was having problems with the car, he even called me and several others out on a local forum and weaseled his way around racing us. There's was no backing out last weekend, he had to race or face the fact that he was a little ricer. Of course he didn't know I was gonna be there

Ah, ok. If you see a black rs4 with black wheels w/ red lip running around SE Michigan and you hear a bov, run it. That's zac, he's also running a pair of gt35s, but he would definitely give you a hell of a run.

Dang 1200whp 1400lb/trq corvette... that would be beastly. I bet that thing would kick the hell out of the GTR if it could get the power to the ground. Good runs shibito, way to shut the guy with that audi up.

I think I've seen the car at WW. Haven't met the owner though.

Ya, from talking to the owner though, it sounds like he can't control the car, so chances are even I could beat him. I'm glad I finally got to run the Audi, it was annoying seeing all his bs'ing last year.

as much as those 0-60 times are astonishing. i still found it awesome when a graduated EE here at school brought this over.

0-60 -- 3.4 secs
60-120 -- 3.4 secs (that felt amazing )
max torque even at 0 rpm; yes please

i cant imagine what could be modified on one of these if you actually knew what you were doing electrically speaking

Batteries only last like 40 miles of hard driving though. Will be awesome when they can make them last a couple hours with hard driving. Their impressive for being the first production electric sports car though.
