I will film the race tonight if it does not rain... i live down in FL and its been raining for the past 14 days straight till yesterday... if the road is dry, and he has the M6, i call him.... by the way... I meet the guy and got his number cuz im selling some car parts for his brother that has a focus.... (i used to own one) so ill call him up and do the race and film it...
i just talk to him.... he did not had the "M" button on, and he said that he will try to get the M6 out tonight... ill be having a vid tomorrow if i race tonight.... BTW can anyone pm with directions on how to post a vid up in here....

M6 in m mode = you will be raped. Sorry, you need some serious mods and need to trap 115+ to beat a STOCK M6 from a roll.

you guys are all missing the point. There are TWO modes for a STOCK M6. The normal setting is 105hp less than m mode which is what all of you are thinking about. The car doesn't normally run in this mode, it has to be selected by the driver. Why is that so hard to understand? Yes, if the car was in m mode, than this whole conversation would have been different..., he would have posted a loss. It's not that hard to grip.

and a set of 4 rims is 70 grand.

the new m6 is not as fast as everyone thinks.. they are stearing away form the preformace and are going twords more luctuary( which they are) i work at an auto auction and we get them all the time! they tick and knock like mo fo's ( prob cause everoyne on the lot rags on them hard) but rilly they are pritty fast but i could beleave a ss tc taking 1( ive drivin both ) also not being able to drive is imposable the new stick the bmw comes with there is no clutch involved except from taking off... its kinda a paddle shift but its also a stick at the same time... hard to explane and a very nice idea for a sporty drive ...
Definatly alot of pep in both cars but i would say there was a chance for the win

the bugatti veyron is the most sophisticated vehicle ever to go into production. they spent so much time trying to develop a luxury vehicle that is a ***** out machine at the same time. It will be some time before another company can match the well-rounded vehicle the veyron is. As far as completeness, every other company falls short in some way.

Thats what I was getting at when someone said they had more traction then the Veryon. 
And if BMW is getting away from performance with its M series of cars what do you call low 12's in a 1/4 mile and a top speed just shy of 200mph for the ungoverned Euro spec cars? If thats not performance then PLEASE show us what is.

All aside even if the Cobalt spanks the **** out of the M6 the M6 owner STILL has an M6 and the Cobalt owner still has a Cobalt.
