my friend decided not to follow my car down the track for some reason, but it went 12.85 @115.65 on semi moderate boost.
Island going for 12.6 with still being easy on it on 23psi and new turbo mani (faster spool) should trap @120 or so

umm I trapped over 117 last friday on medium boost..
I dunno maybe you don't know this car.... it's making 440whp 400wtq at the moment, soon to be more.
Unlike the rest that claim, my car actually does.

say, I trapped 122mph at 6500ft on 6psi from twin 50lb turbos, how much 'shoud' i trap at 18psi and 'should' i run around making those claims? or 'should' i wait 'until' i actually trap a given number to make a claim..

anyway enough with the claim bullshit.... slips will be up the night of the 15th.
and yes I know it's not an easy feat, but I'm also coming from my last car which trapped 144mph (86monte SS 355sbc, 2 stage 400 shot), I know what it takes, and this car has it.
stock head, stock cams, stock bottom end, I didn't even put the other motor in this car yet.
I'm not here to E-bicker, but if there is one cobalt on this site that can run with "gods" motor. it's this one.
and trust me I'd rather be in an LS2 RWD platform, just don't have the cash for it.

Monte money went to pay for this car. couldn't drive the 4mpg I was getting anymore, plus the tickets were adding up, plus buying a house kinda wiped my cash fund out.

well what should you trap at 18ps welli if on a stock motor.... Kaboom, if not, somewhere in the mid to upper 130 range I'd say. I don't know what exactly is done to your car so I can't say what it should do.
Anyway. I have trapped 117.89 easy, car usually is in the 116 range without a problem, I'm not making some outlandish claim, only what the car should do. Anyway, I'll leave that subject alone until I come back with the slips to prove it. just give me 2 weeks when i'll finally have time to go back to the track

Ill have new numbers on the 15th as well though these will be dyno numbers not track numbers. Finally getting my Ported fast, UDP and cutouts installed. Hopefully I can hit 460. Then its time for the turbo.
