Most people on here that are "Trolling" Had the fastest Cobalt SS/SC's and realized how big of a piece of **** it was.

I had a 06 with a 2.6 hp tuner tune, h/e from 03 cobra, dual pass endplate, Full exhaust.

Its the people like us that smack sense into some of you guys who think Stage 2 Cobalts can pull on Stock 6.0 GTO's Guess what newsflash, A stage 2 cobalt cant pull on a Mach 1 much less a LS2 GTO.

I enjoy my cobalt, its not the fastest car out there.
Nor are your goats.
If some noobs or youngin's made you laugh because
they insist their SS is faster than an ls2 anything, laugh it off.
You dog our cars in this thread and when i read it, I wonder why do you insist upon hanging out in a thread on a Cobalt wbsite.
Go to your gto or ls sites.
Some of you troll out to other threads on here and compliment cobalts, and how you had one with this and that.....
then you hide in here and rip them apart. You know who you are.
Gtos and cobalts are not GODS cars.

With the exception of whats under the hood the GTO is no less a piece of **** than a Cobalt. My 2005 SS/SC had it's clutch issues, fitment issues and a few other qwirks. But I didn't have to worry about tires rubbing, diferentials grenading, and suspension parts with a life no longer than the test drive.

That and with my SS/SC I didn't have to think about the fact that my engine was in something else much lighter and faster.

Sure you have your sweet mods but when it comes to the car alone my C6 is 10 times what your GTO is and ever could be. Yet I still will not talk **** about Cobalts because for $24,000 there is nothing better period.

I am sure a smart ass like you will say buy a used GTO or something but if thats the case you should have bought a used LS1 F-Body.

HELLo about what kind of mustang was racing the cobalt ss hahn turbo stage5 a few pages ago on this thread... . was a 2007 427R stage 3 roushcharged mustang......

While im not a stage 2, im seriously hoping this isnt a dig at me, or i will be handing out flame suits + videos.

btw i agree, i dont see a stage 2 pulling on a stock (6.0) gto. The mach1 i raced, was slow as *****... about as slow as a stage 2. Driver's race. Then again it was an auto.

The cobalt itself is slow as hell too. What do you expect for 30+ mpg?

And the A4 Mach1's would be a good run for a Stage 2 the transmission and reduced redline kill the DOHC.

ill get details on the mach1 next mustang meet. Some GTO guys also hang with the mustangs. I want to ride in my friend's 6.6 ls2 gto.

No, but when the majority of the time is spent on a forum talking trash about the particular vehicle that said forum pertains to, and that person has never even owned that particular vehicle... I'd say something is wrong there.

Then again...Honestly, if I owned a GTO I wouldn't be worried so much about how fast the Cobalt is compared to a GTO and vice versa. Two totally different beasts...No, I don't have my TBSS anymore, BUT...I do still keep in touch with some of my local Cobalt buddies through here as well as show Cobalt SUPPORT and not bring negativity to them.

Bang for you buck, I'm not sure you can get a better deal.

BTW,

I really liked my 2006 Cobalt SS/SC. Nice little comfortable car.

Just moved on to something else. The GTO.

The GTO is paid off late in 2009. Then I will move onto something else.

Then I can troll the GTO Forums with my 2010 Z06.

It is an endless cycle...
