Lightbulb Fitment of 17x7.5 +38 offset and 235/45ZR17 Tires

Hello everyone, I've been doing a lot of reading on these forums but couldn't find a thread that had this combination.

My question is, will I rub with this setup with stock 2006 Cobalt SS S/C FE5 Suspension? AND Will it rub when I eventually buy ZZP Lowering Springs? Also, any input about if the offset here helps out the fact that 235 is quite the width for a 7.5 inch rim.

Rims: NS Series NS1507

17" x 7.5", +38 Offset, 5x110 Bolt Pattern, 73.1mm Hub

Tires

235/45ZR17

Thanks for any input!

My car is on Powell V2 springs with FE5 shocks and struts. The wheels are OZ Alleggerita 17 x 8 +40 wrapped in Toyo R888 235/45/17's. You wont rub with what you want to do.

I've stuffed 245-45-17 under mine without rubbing.
