Roto-Blasting Done (Update)
So after I hit that crater and destroyed my wheel, I took it to the wheel doctor to get it fixed, he did a hell of a job. Before:

![](http://i622.photobucket.com/albums/tt304/jmesl8er/Bent%20Rim/BentRim007.jpg)
After:

When they grind the weld down, they're going to have to polish the lip. It will end up shiny like chrome, which will be different from the other rims. So I've decided to get them all sandblasted, and powdercoated Flat Black, and keeping the bolts around the face chrome. Also new tires, 225/45/18's. Maybe a red chevy emblem in the center caps, here's pics:

Here they are fresh out of the Roto-Blaster, ready to get powdercoated
Tell me what you guys think of my plan, any suggestions???

I think it would look good with all flat black or all gunmetal with the chrome bolts. As for the 225/45-18 tire you may have to get different springs like the Pedders, Eibach Pro-kit or the stock TC springs. How much did the B&G springs lower the height?

225/40-18 no problem
225/45-18 could be a problem with hitting fenderwells - also will throw off speedometer somewhat like 3% error.

Actually my rims are 7.5" wide, checked an ICW retailer, they had a tire config. chart, think I'm going with the 235/40/18's. Anybody running this combo now???

If you have 18x7.5 then I would definately buy the 225/40 tires, the 235/40 is actually wider than recommended for the 7.5 wide wheels. The 225/40 be found for a cheap price whether new or used. From the picture you posted it looks like you actually have 215/35-18. These are about the smallest sidewall that can be purchased today. You will see a major improvement in ride comfort and handling just by moving to the 225/40-18 tires.

Got the center caps painted red. Also got the vinyl chevy symbols, putting them on tomorrow, painting flat black, then peeling the sticker off. I'll have a victory red chevy symbol
