if you have the tire pressure sensors on your new tires/rims then ya a tire relearn should do the trick.

you have to get into learn mode (same are on the DIC where you would reset oil life, change language, change units, etc) go to tire learn. Start at one tire and let air out til the car honks at you (thats the car recognizing what tire your at) then fill it back up (may honk again when done with that tire) then move on to the next tire and keep going til you do all four.

^thats what i think you do off the top of my head, not sure exactly though. like i said its in the manual

^ you actually dont wanna fill em back up until after your done with all four,

1. activate learn mode (either DIC or with key in the on position hold both lock and unlock buttons on keyless remote
2. start letting air out at driver side front tire and work in a clockwise sequence, after each tire u should hear a confirmation honk
3. once the final tire is learned u should hear one or two confimation honks that tells u it was successful
4. fill tires back up

thats how we do it at my work except we got a new tpms tool that makes it way easier
