Tire size?

Im looking at msr 045 style wheels in a 18 i know alot of people are running thes rims, what size tire do i need to run?

235/40/18 would be better. 225's are stretched a bit on an 8" wide wheel. More traction ftw also!

Any clearance issuse with the 235 im lowered on eibach pro kit!!!!

The height difference is only .39 so I doubt you will rub. The pro kit doesnt lower the ss at all right?

If you have an LT, just get 225/40/18's to keep the diameter down. You have no need for the added traction of 235's anyway.

235/40/18's will be a substantial jump in diameter over your stock tires. That would kill a bit of your low end acceleration and throw your speedometer off a bit. I would stick with 225/40's. They will look fine and keep the diameter down by about .4".
