Wheels for sleeper build
Right now I am in the process of building a base model sleeper build. I love my steel wheels because my car just looks like your regular run of the mill Cobalt missing it's wheel covers, and NO ONE would look at the outside of this car and expect performance. The only problem with steelies is I can't get the right size to put the tire I want on there.
I want to run 245/40R17 tires on my car at some point as I am anticipating having a little traction problem running a TVS1320 on stock 195/75R16 tires. I want my wheels to be light as I want max performance (lowest unsprung weight possible) but I also want them as lo-key as possible, probably black.

I looked at tirerack and these are the wheels that are close to what I am looking for.
But I think I should use a wider wheel with the tire size(245/40R17) I want correct? Like an 8.5 or 9". Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated on this subject.
