This turbo interests me alot, i'm excited to see what it can do.

Ford, (username) ran up to 506whp full e85 on the s256et with just stage 1 cams, before running out of fuel.

Was he running 1.00 lambda at wide open?

Funny. I didn't tune him, it was silverbullet08, taylor englund from hpunlimited. He's on hptuners all the time, i'm sure you know the name.

Knowing the fuel limitations of my own car on race gas, 506whp on e85 would have been absolutely impossible. But every car is different.

Seems like everyone forgot about his guy.

Every car is different by a little but still 506whp on full E-85 and stock injectors is crazy. That is like saying you can make 600whp on race gas on stock injectors with just cams. I have done a ton of cars and not one would support that kind of power on E-85 with just cams not without leaning it out to the point of no enrichment happening in PE.

I'm sure it had to have been leaned out as well. You can get away with murder on ethanol. I totally agree with what you are saying. On my setup with race gas, even it didn't like anything more than 0.86 lambda PE near 30 pounds of boost.

To start out, I subtract 25% from the entire chart and set the max duty cycle to 75%. Be careful, because you can find yourself hitting 30psi boost in a hurry if you run a 6758 tune file with the 7163.
@matt so after the install can you still drive the car or do you need to tune it that day?

Scan for pending codes but MAP sensor is most likely the issue.

It doesnt throw any codes. Someone was saying it could be the the purge solenoid but I just changed that 2 days ago they also thought it could have been a bad turbo (brand new turbo and motor) or leak didnt really agree thought id ask you

But why after I undo the battery and get back in theres a power qain and runs alot better also when it starts running funny it starts to boost higher at higher rpms for example it would spike 15 then creep up higher the rpms climb

It's not uncommon to see a small power gain or boost gain after pulling the battery or resetting the ECM. Quit resetting the ECM and let it learn the parameters then do your diagnostics.

Anyone logged any of these bad boys yet? How did it go? It's too cold up here I'm going to have to wait for spring to see one.

Yup. A guy up here has one. But it's winter. We won't see him on our dyno until April.

Wow I thought it would spool around 3500 that sucks I don't believe in boost ramps
