I tried looking up the gmpp extrude honed manifold and didn't find much. it does give you a whopping 6hp tho! lol

but the honed is more expensive.. there comes a point when you have to do $$/HP see if it really is worth it lol

actually, for that matter, what about the 1.5's with the 3''-2.5'' dp???

nonono that was a joke...that's pathetic, it's almost 400 bucks lol but I mean I was looking to see how big the primaries are on that and it doesn't say.

yeah I know, but I mean the 3'' dp with the 2.5'' exit. wouldn't that be better than the 2.5'' straight thru dp?

im not really sure.. i know i have a 3 inch magnaflow muffler on mine. it sounds really good its not loud.. but i think i might be loosing a little bit.. its not raspy at all but at the tracks i ran a 15.5 and my friend ran a 15.2 with a little more weight reduction with me but has a 2.5 muffler rather than my 3.0

Kevin, you have talked me into getting the a stainless dp. It is only like a $50 difference between the two so what the heck.

I am sure that he will come on and give us a code like he stated earlier in the thread.

ever thought about trying a remote mount and doing change on the header flange and dp to maybe use the zpp .. i don't know if that would work.. or you would need bigger primaries and such. just was a thought that way you could mount it in between the header DP it'd be interesting but who knows

I recommend the stainless DP it's a tad heavier but it'll hold up and hold in heat better

there might not be enough room for a turbo under there. but it depends on the size of the turbo and how much money you want to spend to make it happen.

On the bottom right of every post there is three boxes if it isn't your post. From left to right you have "quote post" and then a "+" which means if you click on it you can click other ones to do multiple quotes, and the last one is for a quick reply.
