i have a pump jack, so it's not as easy as a lift, but it's still really easy. takes about 10-15 seconds to get the car on jackstands per side. well worth it, makes doing anything so much easier. i think the jack cost 50 at wallmart, is a 3 ton jack.

gumby, weren't you the one who paid with a money order? He mentioned that he didn't have your user name on here, that is probably why you're aren't on there. Don't worry, you should be fine still.

As for the install, you will have to tighten the upper and lower bolts alternating when you put the new header on so it shouldn't really matter when you lift the car up. if you can't reach the stuff with the car up on the jackstands then just use a stepstool or bucket to stand on so you can reach up there.

Sound is good on my car, not ricey at all sounds good, nice and throaty.

I am still getting the nasty smoke smell after 50 miles of driving today. I hope it goes away soon I am sick of it already haha

Well, it sure as hell doesn't sound like a 68 Nova, but it still sounds pretty damn good if you ask me paired with my Borla!

will not be able to get a four banger to sound like an american V-8. i am thinking of taking my muffler off of the nova and replacing it with a Cherry Bomb Glasspack.

borlas are the best sounding exhausts its your best chance of getting the American muscle car sound out of a 4cyl. im glad the header sounds good. i was a bit worried about the sound cause the car almost sounds good now i didnt wanna lose what it already had.

Yeah I would agree. The Borla was the only exhaust I heard that I liked on our cars, I just got lucky and found a killer deal on mine!

took me 7hrs,but i had to take the header off couple times since when u tighten one side the other side wont work,so u gotta switch sides every time..one bolt on the right, next bolt left, than right, and so on..

Hey Zoomer: I like to know- what to do to get my header much sooner? instead of waiting for everyone to send in there doe. Has it even been sent?
