yea, pretty much anything of value from ups has to be signed for. it's just protection for anyone. seller can't pretend to ship it, buyer can't say he never got it, driver can't say he left it, but gave it to his kids for christmas.

Question for those who installed theres already.... Did you reinstall the heat shield?? Is necessary if i ordered the ceramic coated header? I left mine off.
