Anyone dyno their setup yet? I did...lost 3ft/lbs and gained 4hp, but it shifted the powerband to the left and fattened it up towards redline, so it feels much quicker. I also had a slipping clutch on the dyno this time around, and last time I was on the rollers I didn't. That may have contributed to the loss in tq.

from mine i get kind of a metallic rattle at idle or when the engine is under load
sometimes heat makes it go away but it sounds kinda poopy when i get on it but not floor it. sounds to be coming from actually inside the header or dp...somewhere in the exhaust.

the best way i can describe it is a cross between a metallic rattle or tick and an exhaust leak.

i suppose ill have to get under there and check it out

anyone else noticing this?

Usually a rattle is the heat shield and you can remove it to fix that. Sometimes it's the cat, which is under warranty but it's rare.

I have a leak as well now on mine, but I think I have the same problem as sick06cobalt in that something is not tightened properly. I am going to be taking it back to Midas this morning and see what they find.

guys, whenever you put new exhaust parts or any other parts, you should always re-tighten after a few days of driving.

Nah....it is just like D4u2s0t said in that it probably just needs to be retightened. Kind of hard for me to do it when it is -25C outside and snow everywhere.

I am taking mine to Midas tomorrow morning, they were too busy today to get me in to look at it. I will have my update for you then! Maybe when it is on the lift I can get some good underbody pictures!
