Yea, I would think that it was just a temporary thing too but recently my exhaust has started sound fairly raspy (mind you, it's the stock catback) and it has never sounded like that before. Could be a leak though, I haven't re-tightened stuff since install.

I cranked it down good, few of the manifold bolts were loose and the dp bolts were definitely loose. No more raspy disgusting burbly exhaust- only a clean purr. No code either. Yet.

ha ha ha i am gonna have to put 500 miles on the exhaust in 4 days. thats 125 miles a day. without getting on the gas. hmmm im putting it on in ct and driving it back up that day and driving it around that night. that should be good for at least 200 miles. so 300 miles in 4 days. 75 miles each day. thats a bit more doable. i do about 20 miles to work so its down to 55 extra miles a day. sorry im thinking out loud. im just getting a little excited

mine needed 2 slight retorques after initial install to clear up all the slight ticks and leaks

but they are completely gone now.

im extremely happy with my setup!

im having some idling issues with the 1.75 ceramic coated header and 3 inch down pip w/cat to 2.5 exit.

Any ideas why? When i come to a complete stop it just tends to jump around the idle but the car never shuts off. i do have the idle fix and my idle sits at 800 when normal.

mine does it too until the car warms up and the cat warms up..since its so danm cold outside the revs wont just fall and stay at a certain spot,it jumps up and down..once car reachs 160F+ it will stop doin it
